Free Standard Shipping (7-14 business days): $0 (on qualifying orders)
Standard Shipping (7-14 business days): $10

How long does it take to process and ship my order? Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.

Do you offer free shipping? Yes! We provide Free Standard Shipping (7-14 business days) on eligible orders. If you need it faster, Express shipping is available.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy? We want you and your pet to love every item! You may return unworn, unused items in original condition (with tags attached) within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Personalized items and final sale products are non-returnable.

Who pays for return shipping? The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong product.
